The RSI campaign is in full swing. We had a great meeting tonight with Roger Boatman, who’s the representative from RSI leading us on our stewardship journey.
During our meeting it became apparent that we needed to decide on a title and them for our program as soon as possible. Many ideas were bandied about and I think it’s best to make this as collaborative an effort as possible. Please look over the campaign titles suggested so far and let me know your thoughts. Also, if you have other suggestions, please send those along as well. Here’s what we have as of now:
Show me the wonder (this one has the benefit of naturally linking to Brian Craig’s song as our theme)
Forward by Faith (this one was used by another church using RSI)
The Journey Home
Elevate your Faith (this is my favorite so far – it has multiple positive connotations)
Here am I (reference to Isaiah “Here am I send me”)
This needs to be firmed up in the next couple of days, so please, send your comments and suggestions along!

I like the theme "Elevate Your Faith", because it is clear, concise, and includes the one thing we need more than anything else, Faith!
I like Forward by Faith. I was playing some ideas after our meeting yesterday and I wanted to throw out the idea of Homeward Bound. It is about finding a home for our church and it had a nice ring to it. Just thought I would put it out there :o)
I like all of these themes. A church home is what I've had in my head so I like ideas that reference the concept of a home. Faith is the bottom line though in terms of getting there. I look forward to hearing more ideas and am content to leave the decision up to the group.
Love you guys. Thanks for giving your heart to this great effort.
I like the journey home. It reminds me of what I think we're finally doing, that is, finally coming home.

I love the idea of using a one or two word campaign name. It keeps things simple and concise. My idea is "Heading Home". It implies the journey and the destination.
if anyone is interested in the theme "Come on Home", let me know, because i have a song that I wrote called "Come on Home", which I think could work as a theme song. I could email an mp3 of the song to anyone that is interested in the idea. let me know - Danny
